We no longer accept PAYPAL. You can use TransferWise.

Transferring via PayPal costs a minimum of 4.5% when transferring money across borders. MassPay, their cheapest method charges a 2% fee and then adds an additional 2.5% currency transfer fee.
If you send $1000 abroad PayPal charges you $45. By using TransferWise you are only charged a maximum of 1% for the transfer and no hidden fee for the currency exchange which means the total cost is $10. That’s quite a difference!

How long will delivery take?

Usually it takes 10-20 Days by AIR and 30 days by SEA

What exactly happens after ordering?
  • We dispatch orders received before 5 pm Mon-Fri for next working day delivery with UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
  • Smaller orders under $1,000.00 will usually be dispatched next working day.
  • Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday mornings.
  • Out of stock items on back order will be sent on to you automatically as soon as we receive them; for the majority of items, this will be within 5-10 working days.
  • No additional delivery charges apply to items on back order.

Do I get warranty ?

Shinoda Dental offers a 60-day guarantee on all dental equipment. If you purchase an instrument that does not meet your expectations or has a manufacturer defect, return it to SHINODA DENTAL with your dealer invoice and we will exchange it or give you a full refund. Products must be returned with the invoice within 60 days of the date listed on the invoice for exchange or refund.
